The outlet centre itself is brilliant and it is not hard to fill a suitcase full of bargains from a wide variety of stores. I recommend converting the voucher to tickets the day before, if you can manage it. Also be warned that it can take time to find your way around the Port Authority Bus Terminal. We were given a wrong gate number when we purchased our tickets, and almost missed the bus we wanted to catch. Definitely go for the more open-ended transfer as we were there for much longer than we anticipated. For those who need to keep in touch, free WIFI is available in the food court.

The organisation of the trip was excellent. Some bargains to be had and more so if you like designer names. An hour's journey on a comfortable coach but 2 hors back with long queues into NY.

We felt it was worth it. Great bargains to be had, we saved a lot. The only hiccup was that we felt that it was not made clear where we needed to change our pre paid vouchers for tickets. We were told 2 different places and had to walk back and forth to sort it out.

Bus tour to Outlet was good and the bus drivers were great. Do turn up half hour before hand or you could miss out getting on bus as they are popular and once bus filled you have to wait for next one for next one which can be up to 1 hour later. Do take note of where you have to go to exchange voucher for ticket. The ticket office is 10 minutes walk from depot. We got caught out.

Overall, the Woodbury Shopping Tour was worthwhile. Compared to the Jersey Gardens Mall, there were alot more high-end stores Gucci, Prada compared to more mainstream outlets, but, for the most part, they still continued most of the places we were looking for. Be prepared to travel by bus for roughly 1hr15min to get there, and the ride back will definitely be longer if you are coming back to NYC in rush-hour traffic 2hrs
