- 12岁以下儿童必须由成人陪同；
- 可供轮椅上下。
- 行李限制：每位乘客限带手提包2件和托运行李2件（包括大件行李，如高尔夫球具）；每件行李限重50磅（约22公斤）；如需携带超过限重的大件行李，如冲浪板、高尔夫球具，自行车，或行李数量多，请于预订时与客服人员联系，确认是否可以携带。

There was a shuttle waiting when we arrived at the stop, which was a bonus, and we were the only people booked onto it which was nice, as it was getting into the evening rush and we hadn't looked forward to a roundabout trip. The shuttle interior was clean if a little worn.
The next part of the trip was not the driver's fault and he dealt with it with more courtesy that I could have managed, so I'm recounting it as showing a good side to the service because our return trip was a disaster
A man rushed up and paid for the shuttle to return him to his parked car, somewhere in the city, emphasising he had to make it before he over-ran his parking fee. He nagged the driver into changing routes to get round traffic snarl-ups and basically tried to commandeer the whole trip, insisting he had to be left off first to save parking penalties. We could see that the route we were taking was definitely more interesting than the inter-state, but the man was such a nag and so focussed on his own importance we began to feel annoyed. We sympathised with the driver and were impressed by his politeness, as well as his route-finding and driving ability, but we found our patience wearing thin - we had been travelling for 2 days, by this time! We said nothing but the driver must have sensed we were unhappy and, since it was crystal clear the man would not get to his car before the parking ran over, the driver said firmly that he had to take us to our hotel and he did. We were very grateful! -

Their system worked well - a coordinator at each collection point was in contact with the drivers and we didn't have to wait too long for pick-up
After doing a couple of laps of the airport collecting new passengers we were dropped at our downtown hotel very efficiently

Pick up from Airport was great, only had to wait about 10 mins. There was 5 of us in the shuttle, we were the last to be dropped off and upon getting our cases out of the back, i discovered that the person dropped off prior to us had taken one of our small cases instead of his own. The driver had to go back to them to exchange over the cases. The van was in need of a clean as i was having to kick empty disposable cups out of my way in order to get to my seat.

Reliable company. Very organized. Upon exiting baggage claim we were directed to the shared ride area where an attendant contacted the transfer bus to take us to the hotel. Bus arrived shortly there after. Driver was courteous and helped load our luggage. We boarded the mini-van with several different groups of people and were dropped at various hotels. We would us again.

Our driver couldn't speak a word of English. So of course we couldn't communicate with him. He couldn't figure out how to let off some people at the Hyatt that were on our shuttle. He kept going around and around. Our flight was already 3 hours late getting into SFO so we were ready to get to our hotel. We used Uber while in the city and back to the airport. Uber is awesome! Highly recommend!
